The tour leads you through Ribeira and surrounding areas. Ribeira is the oldest part of Porto and apart from stepping back into time you will see interesting points with views over the city and the Douro river.

Along the way there will be brief pauses at various places that spark fresh inspiration or provide a learning opportunity. And mini-workshops on technical aspects—like understanding composition, shadows and highlights, movement and using editing software to enhance photos. There will also be photo challenges, where you’re given a prompt and asked to interpret it creatively.

The tour caters to individual needs, offering tailored advice based on each photographer's goals or style. If you're there for the views and just taking photos, you don't have to participate in challenges.

If you wish to learn more about low light photography you have the option to extend the tour by one hour. During this hour you will step into a different world, where you get in control of the light.

There is also a morning tour with the same itinerary, without the sunset and no option to add an hour of low light photography.
